Shipping Policy

At Jag’s Furniture & Mattress, we are committed to providing a seamless and stress-free delivery experience. Once your order is placed and the stock is confirmed at our warehouse, we will arrange a delivery date based on your location and availability. For orders containing multiple items, delivery will be scheduled once all items are in stock at our warehouse.

Local Deliveries

We proudly offer premium White-Glove Delivery service to areas within our local delivery region.** Our trained delivery personnel will deliver your furniture to your preferred room, assemble the items, and remove all packaging materials.

Please note that our delivery teams are unable to move or rearrange any existing furniture or household items. They are only authorized to handle the items listed on the Bill of Sale for that day. Additionally, the delivery service does not include the installation of handles, knobs, or shelves. An adult of legal age must be present to accept the delivery. In cases where no one is home at the scheduled time, the drivers will proceed to their next stop, and an additional delivery fee will be charged to reschedule.

Out-of-Town Deliveries

For regions outside our local delivery area, we offer a Curbside Drop-Off service. Items will be delivered in their original factory packaging and placed at the front door or garage of your home. For apartment or condo buildings, items will be delivered to the building’s loading dock or lobby. Please note that delivery personnel will not bring items inside the unit or to your door.

Out-of-town deliveries are managed by third-party logistics companies, and orders may take two to three weeks to arrive, depending on factors such as weather, external conditions, and route schedules. Current supply chain challenges may cause additional delays. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@jagsfurniture.ca.

Shipping costs for out-of-town deliveries will vary based on location and are calculated during checkout.

Customer Pick-Ups

Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our Surrey distribution center at no additional cost. If your pick-up was not scheduled at the time of purchase, please call ahead to confirm your pick-up time. Upon arrival, please present a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order. The warehouse manager will retain a copy of your ID for our records. Customers are required to inspect their items for any damage and sign off on their condition before departing. Jag’s Furniture & Mattress is not liable for any damages that occur after the items leave our warehouse.

Our distribution center is located at 19255 21 Ave, Surrey. Upon arrival, please drive to the back bay area, where our team will assist you with your order. Pick-ups are available from Tuesday to Saturday between 10 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4 PM. Please note, that the warehouse is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and additional days during long weekends.

 

Please note the following (applicable to all options)

Please measure all doorways, hallways, architectural features, and room sizes to ensure all the furniture items fit properly. Cancellation due to an error in measurements will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and can only be exchanged. Multiple delivery/shipping charges will also be applicable.

Please be aware that for apartments and condo buildings, we only deliver through elevator access.

If access is limited or unsafe the delivery personnel has the right to refuse delivery. In this case, the store will be notified, and the customer will be contacted to discuss further steps.

We try to give the most accurate time window for the arrival of our special-order items; however, there might be some delays. Certain factors like production delays, custom clearances and shipping delays may result in the delivery date being pushed. In this case, the customer is notified through email or call.

*Some areas of British Columbia, Canada may be restricted from receiving full delivery service. Additional delivery charges may also be applicable for hard-to-reach cities and towns. Please call or email for details.

**Our local delivery area includes the Lower Mainland and select regions such as Hope, Rosedale, Squamish, and Whistler.
